I like to doodle frogs sometimes and saw a photo of a little frog statue on pixabay and decided to doodle from that. Of course the end result kind of took on a life of its own, but it’s still kind of cute!
I used Lestraset and my grey C-3 Copic ciao markers on this, and of course my staedtler pigment liners for the outline.

Just a random little happy frog doodle. Coloured in using a mix of Letraset Promarkers and a grey and a pink copic marker (Cool Grey No. 3 and R02 to be specific) .
This was just a fun little thing to doodle, I first drew it out in my sketchbook and then found that the markers don’t look so good on that, so copied it onto some marker paper and coloured it in there.
I’m currently working on doodling some hedgehogs, so hopefully some of that will make it’s way onto here soon 🙂

Created this little flower doodle as a card today. Always pleasing to do something nice and quick to create a unique card for someone.
I created this by drawing out the flowers, then going over it with my 0.3 Staedtler pigment liner. Then added colour with my Letraset Promarkers. The lighter bits on the purple flower were done with a Pale Lavender Copic marker pen, which turned out to be really good at adding highlights to the petals even after I’d already coloured then in with my purple Promarker.
Before I add the final touches to a dog portrait commission I’m working on. Here’s a picture of a happy Tortoise. I do like playing around with my Latraset Promarkers. Doing each bit of the shell and getting it to blend how I wanted was certainly fun and a bit challenging.
Also just a note, I created a Deviant art page, so I can now be found on that too. http://isabelproffitart.deviantart.com/ 🙂
I’ll also be uploading my scrawlr challenge and a post about it, once I’ve done it. The theme being abstract for this month doesn’t really play to my strengths, but we’ll see how it goes. Definitely loving the idea of getting extra supplies each month and a little something to do with them to start with. For those of you who don’t know what Scrawlr boxes are, I’ll also add a link to their website. I think it’s a pretty cool idea, especially as you can never have enough art stuff. ( I say this, but I’ll probably need an extra room soon, just for all the art stuff) 🙂 http://scrawlrbox.uk/
